What's the difference between BYOC and Managed?
BYOC deploys to your own cloud subscription — you own the infrastructure and data. Managed means EOSE hosts everything for you. Same platform, same features, different operational model.
What does BYOK mean?
Bring Your Own Keys. You provide your own API keys for AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, Mistral, or local Ollama). Your keys, your usage, your billing — we never see your tokens.
What clouds do you support for BYOC?
Azure Container Apps today. AWS ECS and GCP Cloud Run coming soon. Local Docker Compose always available for development.
Can I switch between tiers or billing modes?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings. Switch between BYOC and Managed with a migration assist. No lock-in, no penalties.
